Superlative performance which will make even sharks to run for their glory. I don’t find words to praise this great achiever. Born to swim, Phelps has rewritten olympic record by grabbing 8 gold medals in Beijing, maximum gold tally by anybody in an Olympic. Adding his 6 which he won in Athens(2004) his medals tally of 14 is a stupendous achievement by any standard. He has made his indelible MARK in Beijing by swimming past SPITZ’s medal tally of 7 gold in 1972 Munich Olympics. His comments after this achievement is worth noting. ” Anyone can do anything they want if they really want to” - a meaningful comment based on experience which is true not only to sportsmen but to the entire mankind. Hats off to Michael Phelps.
